Q: When will providers be notified as to whether or not they have been awarded a contract?

A: After the Commissioners Meeting, to be held on May ^21st, 2008.

Q: If a current provider chooses not to bid, will their clients be transitioned?

A: Yes. We have had circumstances in the past where an agency closed and the clients had to choose another service provider. Our agency and care managers strive for a smooth and stress-free transition for the consumer.
