Career Paths (a Job Club) has been combined with the Adkins Program to enhance job searching and job keeping skills.

        The Adkins Life Skills Training Program is designed to develop self-esteem, self-confidence and self-respect.  Participants are guided through a decision making process while developing a realistic vocational plan.

INTERNATIONAL COMPUTER CERTIFICATION COURSE

        The course consists of seven (7) modules that lead to documented computer skills. A short description; basic concepts of information technology, using a computer and managing files, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation, and information and technology.  Certification indicates that the candidate passed various tests and assessments as well as six (6) performance standards.  This course is expected to be 300 hours in length.

        Computer Training For:

             Microsoft office products, Access and Database Management

        Provide a combination of academic training, range driving instruction and over-the-road experience to prepare the student for the Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) exam.

        Combination of both academic and hands-on training for eligible applicants in Lethal Weapons Training to fulfill the requirements of Pennsylvania Act 235.
