46th Annual Dinner Dance will be held at Genetti's Best Western, Wilkes-Barre on Thursday, May
9, 2013 from 1:00-5:00; doors
opening at 12:30. King Henry and the Showmen will be the enter-
tainment! Dinner selections are Prime Rib Au Jus, Chicken
Cordon Bleu or Sole with Stuffed
Crab Imperial.

Requirements for the program are:
1) You must be a resident of
Luzerne or Wyoming County.
(Proof required)

2) You must be at least 60 years.
of age by Dec. 31, 2013 -
(Proof required)

3) You must meet the 2013
Income Eligibility Guidelines-
Total Household Income
(Self-declaration of income):

If a senior is unable to
pick up the vouchers, he/she
can send someone in his/her
place as long as the person
presents a signed and completed proxy form when picking up the vouchers. The proxy form is avail-able now at the centers listed to
the right. Limit of two (2) forms are allowed per person.

The Foster Grandparent Program is currently recruiting several new members for our program. Foster Grandparents are those individuals age 55 or older that have a limited income and a desire to work with children.
